Brand Launch – Terms of Service

Welcome to Brand Launch. By purchasing any of our branding, design, marketing, or consulting services (“Services”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Overview

Brand Launch provides creative, branding, packaging, web design, and marketing strategy services. By using our website or purchasing any Service, you agree that all communication, deliverables, and transactions are governed by these Terms.

2. Service Scope

Each Service includes the deliverables listed on its product page.
Any additional work beyond the defined scope—such as extra revisions, added assets, or extended strategy support—may require an additional fee.

Brand Launch reserves the right to decline work that falls outside the agreed scope.

3. Payment Terms

Payment must be completed in full at checkout before any work begins.
All prices listed on our website are final and non-negotiable unless otherwise stated.

For custom or high-value projects, payment terms may be defined in a separate written agreement.

4. Revisions

Most design services include a limited number of revisions as stated on each product page.
Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.

Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery unless stated otherwise.

5. Turnaround Times

Estimated delivery timelines are listed on each Service page. Actual turnaround times may vary based on:

  • Project complexity

  • Client responsiveness

  • Volume of revisions

Delays caused by the client (slow communication, unclear instructions, etc.) may extend the delivery timeline.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and final delivery, you receive full commercial rights to the final approved design files produced for your project unless otherwise stated.

Brand Launch retains rights to:

  • Display work in our portfolio

  • Use project visuals for marketing purposes

  • Showcase case studies

Raw/source files (AI, PSD, etc.) are only included if explicitly stated in the Service description or purchased as an add-on.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide clear instructions

  • Supply accurate content, brand assets, or materials

  • Respond in a timely manner

Brand Launch is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of creative and digital services, all sales are final once work has begun.

Refunds may only be issued if:

  • No work has started

  • No resources or time have been allocated to the project

Once any part of the Service has been delivered (drafts, mood boards, designs, reports, etc.), no refunds will be provided.

9. Cancellations

If a client wishes to cancel a project before work begins, they must notify us immediately.
Cancellation is not guaranteed and may be refused if work has already started or resources have been allocated.

10. Communication

All project communication will occur through email, WhatsApp, or the preferred contact method provided by Brand Launch.

Client messages must be respectful and professional. Brand Launch reserves the right to discontinue service if communication becomes abusive or inappropriate.

11. Limitation of Liability

Brand Launch is not liable for:

  • Losses or damages resulting from the use of any delivered design or strategy

  • Business outcomes, lack of results, or marketing performance

  • Errors resulting from client-provided content or instructions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in question.

12. Modifications to Services or Prices

Brand Launch may modify Service offerings, pricing, or terms at any time. Changes will not affect orders placed before modification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates depending on the client's location at the time of purchase.

Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate court of jurisdiction.
