Brand Launch โ€“ Refund & Return Policy

At Brand Launch, we are committed to delivering high-quality branding, design, and marketing services. Because our work is creative and customized, refunds operate differently than for physical products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Refund Policy

All purchases made through Brand Launch are for digital services. We do not offer returns, as no physical products are shipped.

However, we do offer a partial refund guarantee for clients who are not satisfied with their service.


2. 50% Satisfaction Refund Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the delivered service, you may request a 50% refund of the total purchase amount under the following conditions:

Eligibility Requirements:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your first complete draft or delivery.

  • You must clearly explain the reason for dissatisfaction so we can improve the experience.

  • The 50% refund applies only if the client decides to stop the project entirely.

  • Once the refund is issued, all delivered work, drafts, and designs must not be used in any form.

Not Eligible for 50% Refund:

  • If the final delivery has been approved.

  • If more than 7 days have passed since the first draft was delivered.

  • If significant work, extensive revisions, or final files have already been delivered.

  • If the client continues using any part of the delivered work.

Brand Launch reserves the right to determine eligibility based on project progress.


3. No Full Refunds

Due to the time, expertise, and resources invested in every project:

  • Full refunds are not offered under any circumstance once work has begun.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued if:

  • The client does not provide necessary information or assets.

  • The delay or dissatisfaction results from unclear instructions.

  • The client changes their mind after work has begun.

  • The client requests work outside the original scope.


5. Project Cancellation

If the client chooses to cancel the project after work has started:

  • Only the 50% satisfaction refund applies (if eligible).

  • All work produced up to cancellation remains the intellectual property of Brand Launch unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.


6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email: launch@brndlnch.com

  2. Include your order number and detailed explanation.

  3. A member of our team will review your request within 2โ€“3 business days.


7. Chargebacks

Any chargeback filed without following this refund policy will be disputed. Brand Launch will provide all documentation showing delivered work and communication history.
