Brand Launch – Shipping Policy

At Brand Launch, all products and services we offer are digital. We do not ship physical items. Instead, all branding, design, and marketing deliverables are delivered electronically.

1. Digital Delivery Only

All purchases made through our store are delivered via:

  • Email

  • Google Drive or Dropbox links

  • Shopify digital download (for certain templates)

  • Client communication channels agreed upon during the onboarding phase

No physical shipping is required or involved.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the service purchased:

  • Brand Identity, Packaging, & Design Services: 3–10 business days for first drafts

  • Marketing Services: 5–14 business days depending on project scope

  • Website Design: 7–21 business days for first preview

Exact delivery times will be communicated after purchase.

3. Failed Delivery / Email Issues

If you do not receive your files within the expected timeframe:

Please check:

  • Your spam/junk folder

  • That you provided the correct email address

If still not received, contact us immediately at:

4. No Physical Shipping

Because all services are digital:

  • No shipping fees apply

  • No tracking numbers are issued

  • No physical returns are accepted

5. Download Access

For template-based services, you may receive a download link. These links remain active unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for saving backup copies.
